Michelle's odyssey commenced in 2009, a journey that culminated in the birth of Mlance—an atelier nestled along the sinuous contours of Pacific Coast Highway. In harmonious tandem, her creative oeuvre flourished within the hallowed precincts of her bespoke booth, an emblem of her craft, gracing the historic grounds of the Sawdust Festival in Laguna Canyon.
Every garment emerging from her skilled hands bears the reverent touch of her meticulous craftsmanship. Instilled with the hues of nature's gleanings—flora delicately foraged, herbs redolent of ancient wisdom, and minerals suffused with Earth's kaleidoscopic hues—each piece is an embodiment of the sublime alchemy that transpires when human artistry aligns with the organic world. A symphony of hues that resonates with her authenticity.

“I believe that everything around you, from the makeup you put on, the art around you, to the clothes you wear, all have a frequency. I create high frequency clothing— from the copper added to the natural dye pots along wiht the flora and herbs from the local hills of Laguna— to culminate into a slow-fashion movement with a small footprint. If you love the clothes, they will love you back”
