Through education and professional experience, we aim to shift the way we consume fashion, providing Princeton students with relevant experience within the industry. Meet the founders

Nadine Allache

I decided to create Fashion Institute of Princeton after realizing the lack of female coded pursuits provided at the university. Like many people, I was fed-up with the ingenuine efforts to push forth female advocacy and diversity and sustainability in fashion. Fashion, a predominantly feminine pursuit, continues to be viewed with a jaundiced eye in higher education institutions. I am so grateful for the opportunity of starting FIOP and rewriting the narrative of fashion and fashion education.

Bahia Kazemipour

As the co-founder of the Fashion Institute of Princeton, I am able to pursue my passion for design and fashion through a business-focused approach. I believe that in our changing world, creativity and innovation are crucial aspects to approach problem-solving and solution-creating. Through the Fashion Institute of Princeton, I aim to expose students to a wide variety of professionals in the design industry to provide students with the adequate tools to approach sustainability, morality, and inclusivity.
